A delicate biscuit made with hazelnuts. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside, Brutti ma Buoni can be enjoyed on all occasions, for example after a meal with a good cup of espresso coffee. Their unusual name, which means "Ugly but Nice", lives up to expectations although perhaps the least appropriate adjective for its appearance is the traditional one.
