A dry, crumbly biscuit whose balance is marvellously enhanced by the tangy aroma of lemon peel. The recipe, exclusive to the Pasticceria Mariuccia, was created to complement the delicate, slightly sweet amabile flavour of Moscadello di Montalcino wine.
